Brad Glaser owner and founder of Total Body Solutions has been a professional athlete since 2 years of age, competing in SCHA ice hockey, figure skating and speed skating tournaments in the USA. After suffering multiple sports-related injuries caused by overly tight muscles, Brad began using Trigger Point Therapy as a daily practice which transformed his life and his body. With a strong desire to share his experience with the healing power of Trigger point therapy, Brad decided to open the doors to Total Body Solutions in the fall of 2007. Trained as a certified personal trainer, formerly training trainers, Brad now incorporates Trigger Point Therapy along side by side with his Sport Medicine Corrective Exercise and Performance Enhancement Specialist Certifications giving him a strong athletic background and compassion for others into signature holistic training style. His fitness workouts enhances any practitioners massage, and his NASM Alternative Trigger Point Therapy and assisted stretching improve athletes performance with a variety of skill levels and sports backgrounds.
