I have acquired well rounded knowledge on kinesiology, physiology, anatomy, pathogens, hydrotherapy, spa applications, and energy based bodywork. Additionally, as I am also a fitness trainer and nutrition coach, my point of view is from all angles of wellness and preventive care.

My style of massage is fluid, relaxing and tranquil. Very often my clients will fall asleep during a Swedish Massage despite how hard the pressure applied and it's mostly due to the continuity and energy flow of my massage. I have the necessary strength and technique to apply pressure when needed but can also be very gentle. The techniques I use most often are a combination of Swedish, Deep Tissue and Sports Massage which makes every session as unique as the individual client.

Rates are based on the neighborhoods East of I-95 from Hollywood in Broward County to Brickell in Miami-Dade County. Additional fees may apply to other areas depending on time of day and distance.
